The London Swing Festival Welcome Dance
The Welcome Dance will kick the weekend off to
a great
start. Held at one of Swing Patrol's usual weekly venues, this will be a relaxed and
fun night of social dancing. Classes will be from 7 - 8pm with social dancing
until 11pm.

Friday and Saturday also. You will all need to come past the
registration desk during opening hours to log your arrival at the
festival. You will not be able to attend your classes if you have
not registered.

London Swing Festival Advanced Level Auditions
The auditions are compulsory for
anyone wanting to take part in the advanced level workshops.
We believe
this is the fairest way to ensure that everyone has a good learning
experience at the festival. You will need to arrive early as you will need
to register before you can audition. This is the only audition
time
- the Friday auditions have been
changed to Saturday morning.

50-minute taster classes plus four 75-minute sessions per day. Please

you up from the Bloomsbury Ballroom and take you straight to our warehouse
in Hackney. Starting at 2:30am, breakfast and snacks will be available

London Swing Festival Lindy and Blues Jam
The Lindy and Blues Jam
brings back the Rhythm Cats (Steven Mitchel and Malcolm Holt) together
with Gordon. This will be a night of wonderful Lindy music
combined with some great Blues tunes also. We'll start with your
favorite Lindy tunes and get bluesier as the night progresses. Come and
see Gordon Wesbster do what he does best.
